How to Make a Banner

The process of creating a banner is both quite complicated and yet extremely simple.  You literally begin with a blank canvas, a pencil and a large piece of tracing paper.  Then you start the process by gridding the whole thing off and carefully making sure you've got all the correct proportions. If you can find another banner with a similar lion/dragon/wolf etc, then the tracing paper comes into play - from then on it's relatively simple.   And finally, when you've completed it, you turn it over and begin all over again - a banner must be drawn and painted on both sides.  The whole process can take about 48 solid hours to complete.   It's not a task for the faint-harted or impatient.
